What is the expected time for shipping?

Australian orders can take anywhere from 2-8 business days from dispatch. If you are ordering with a frame these can take anywhere from 7-14 days to make, so dispatch date will 7-14 days from order date

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! Calculated shipping rates are available at the checkout in order to provide you the best rate available for your order based on your location

I am in Melbourne metro, can I pick up my order?

Melbourne Metro collectors will receive FREE local delivery. If however you would like to pick up your order, please select the 'Local Pick-Up' option at the checkout

What surface are the artworks on?

I use Gallery-Wrapped Cotton Canvases

What is the depth of the Canvases/Wood Panels?

All canvases are 3.8mm wide and frames are 5mm wide

How do I clean my artwork?

You will receive a care card on how to care for your piece. A dry cloth/soft brush to clean very lightly over your acrylic pieces, do not use any cleaning products.

The artwork from the website I want is quite large, and I am internationally based. What can I do?

What happens if I change my mind after I've paid a deposit for my commission?

All deposits are non refundable, so please take the time to ask as many questions as you need regarding your commission.
