RETURNS POLICY

 

We do not return for change of mind. We will take the utmost care with your piece however if it does arrive defective or faulty please contact info@traceyannart.com.au and we will assess.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is faulty.

Commissions cannot be returned. As these are custom pieces.

It is important to note all original artworks are one time pieces. All pieces are completed on a high quality Kilne Pine based Aluminium Composite Material and Gallery Wrapped Canvas I encourage all large pieces (1m +) to be installed professionally due to the weight of each piece. 

All items are UV protected and varnished however to ensure longevity of the piece it is alway recommended to have your piece installed in an area without direct sunlight, high temperature or humidity. Lights that omit heat are not recommended due to the sensitivity of the inks and mediums used in my pieces.
